Who is Linah?

I was born in Egypt, but my life's journey has been one of constant movement and transformation. From early on, I lived in multiple continents and cultures, shaping my beliefs and identity in profound ways.


My early years in Egypt and subsequent moves to Saudi Arabia and the US cultivated in me a unique perspective, appreciating diversity, sensuality and understanding the essence of embracing one's personal expression.

8 week program for mental & Physica l Health



Confident Minds & Strong Bodies Ages 9+


A unique & holistic approach to fitness and mental health. This class combines physical exercise with

mental health techniques.

Teaching mental, emotional, and physical tools for self-regulation, self-validation, improving self-esteem, confidence and inner awareness.

Class break down:

A. Every session begins with a breathing exercise and intention setting.

B. Physical exercise: practice Walking exercises for confidence, hula hoop, strength training, Qigong and yoga.

C. End session with journaling: grateful list or write down a situation you are struggling with from a new perspective.



About the Facilitator

Egyptian /African American grew up in Saudi Arabia. I received my higher education From Saint louis University and American University D.C..


Qualifications:

I am a Certified Rehab Clinician, Life Coach, Coach of Coaches,

Certified Yoga instructor and belly dance instructor.

With a BA in Communication Professions, certificate in Women Studies and

Political Islam: Culture & Politics.

I continue to further my education through courses, to name a few I have taken courses By Dr. Joe Despenza, Dr. Shefali, Tony Robbins, Lisa Nichols and more.


Highlights:

- Participated in the Arab Spring.

-Lived & volunteered in 3 continents and traveled to 4.

-First female to work for General Motors Abdullatif Alissa Saud Arabia, also first leadership position as Executive assistant to the Chairman.

    • -Wrote my first curriculum from everything I have learned in 2020 during Covid.
